My aim is to improv the world situation about independent´s mothers and theirs children(Aneamic women&malnourished children).

Half of south Asia´s children are Anaemic

• Iron deficency Anaemia may be a major problem by the year2000.
• The diets of the poor, and specially of the poor people, who can´affort fruit &fish and threfor risk of anaemia.
• The most common cause of anaemia is low absorption of iron from tthe food due to either wrong food or wrong drink like "tea". Drinking tea with a meal for example reduce iron absorption while eatingfruit rich(orange) vitamin C means that two or three times as much iron is asorbed
